Charities We Support

In past years Junior Aid, Inc. has supported many charities on the North Shore.  The 2006/2007 grant recipients are listed below.  If you would like to find out more about these organizations just click on their names and you will be directed to their websites.

If you are a 501 (c)(3) organization interested in requesting funds please download our 2008/2009 Grant Application Form.  This form lists the guidelines and requirements for organizations seeking funding.  The deadline for 2008/2009 grant requests is May 15, 2009. 


HAWC provides free comprehensive and confidential domestic violence programs and services in 23 North Shore, Massachusetts communities from Saugus to Rockport.


RAW Art Works is a nonprofit youth arts organization founded in 1988.  RAW provides innovative ways for young people to engage in art-making that can and does transform their lives.


Citizens for Adequate Housing Inc., founded in 1983, operates three programs serving parents and children from the North Shore and eastern Massachusetts.


FCS Lynn's mission is to strengthen the life skills of families, children and individuals of all ages.  


Lynn Community Health Center provides comprehensive health care of the highest quality while meeting the needs of its diverse community.


Beverly Bootstraps mission is to end hunger and its root causes in the Beverly community by offering a myriad of emergency and empowerment services to those in need within the community. 


Girls Inc.'s mission is to inspire girls to be strong, smart and bold by meeting the needs of girls in the community, developing girls' capacity to overcome the effects of discrimination and be self-sufficient, responsible members of the community and by serving as a vigorous advocate for all girls. 


The Boys & Girls Club of Lynn provides focus, structure and direction for thousands of children in the greater Lynn area.


Anchor to Windward is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing the full potential of special needs adults and adolescents by teaching a variety of social and daily living skills and offering recreational programming.
